Brief Specification Description: Partial maintenance of the square bricks, addition of fitness and recreational facilities, addition of supporting facilities such as benches, stage maintenance, reconstruction of the waterside platform, installation of lighting fixtures, improvement of greenery, renovation and upgrading of the parking lot on the east side, and addition of judicial publicity facilities, etc.

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the Peoples Republic of China;
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：1）鼓励节能政策；2）鼓励环保政策； 3）扶持中小企业、促进残疾人就业政策， 监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位视同小型、微型企业。 4）本项目不接受进口产品。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1) Encourage energy-saving policies; 2) Encourage environmental protection policies; 3) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote employment for people with disabilities: Prison enterprises and welfare units for people with disabilities are regarded as small and micro enterprises. 4) Imported products are not accepted for this project.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、投标人具备建设部颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、项目负责人具备建筑工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. The bidder shall possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 4. The project leader should possess a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in building engineering.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of theGovernment Procurement Law of the Peoples Republic of China;
(ii)未被信用中国（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
